Logistic Central Management " DCL " is charged with:

  • The acquisition of average logistics necessary to the harbour exploitation

  • (Cranes, lifting trucks, machines for transfering of the containers, …etc.)

  • The provision of these average logistics according to expressed needs'.

  • Preventive maintenance and the repair of these average logistics.

  • Management of the stores of stocks of spare parts.

Harbourmaster's office Management"D.CAP " has the roles:

  • Displacement control of the ships in the Port.

  • establishment of the programmes of placement of the quay ships: these programs

    are stopped in underwriting fee.

  • Operations of piloting, piloting and towing of the ships

  • Traffic in the Harbour enclosure.

  • The management and the coordination of the activities of the bodies of port officersss, and of the technicians of prevention (ATP),

Handling Management "DM " is charged with:

    • Programming of the operations of handling (loading and unloading of the ships).

    • Programming of the human and material means necessary to the good

      course of operation of handling.

    • Invoicing of the services provided to the customers.

    • Contractualisation of the trade with the customers.

Stevedoring Management "DA":

       Stevedoring Management deals with the various goods (sack trade, pallets, barrels, iron, wood, etc....).

It is considered as acconier, i.e. responsible of the reception and safeguarding out of ground full or store goods which it receives from the conveyor. It thus carries out the following operations:

  • Pointing of the loading and the unloading goods.

  • Transfer of the goods from the quay to the zone of storage (full stores and ground).

  • Delivery of the goods to their receivers

Management Terminal Container " DTC ":

    This Management is in charge with the management and the exploitation of the Terminal Containers, i.e. the reception unloaded Containers, their storage and their delivery to the customers. In the same way it receives the containers intended for export by assisting the customers for the formalities of loading.

Towing Management:

    Deals with the towing activity of the ships for their accosting on the quays or when those leave the port.

Rolling Management:

   This Management was created with the increase of the road traffic (vehicles) as well as that of the machines intended for agriculture and industry.

Scanner Management:

    The EPAL acquired and set up a very powerful scanner for the control of the goods; considering the importance of this activity, it was decided to set up this structure in a Management.
